Hi, I'm Jenny and a complete foodie! 

I have a BSc Human Nutrition, a Diploma in Eastern medicine, I've studied food energetics and I'm a Raw plant-based chef. 

​

Also a mother of two, I know the importance of feeding our bodies the right fuel to grow into our best selves and the challenges of juggling busy lives whilst trying to get the most from our diets. 

I believe diets can become over complicated and across the years I've tried all kinds of ways of eating and my diet has changed with my growing knowledge and interests.  I've felt good, amazing and not so great along the way.  But one thing that has consistently proved to make me feel my best is when I'm eating plenty wholefoods.  What are wholefoods?  Put simply, they're plants!


And so evolved Made with Love and Plants.  Our aim is to make eating more plants easier, enjoyable and accessible to all so we can all feel our best.  We take great pleasure in being able to wow people with what is achievable with humble fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.

A raw plant-based chef?..

What does that mean??

We get asked this a lot!  It can sound complicated and like we only make cold salads but there is so much more to it.  From soups, to wraps, to gnocchi to apple crumble and lemon meringue pie.  It is possible to eat a huge and delicious array of raw foods and feel satisfied.

Eating 'Raw' technically means eating foods that have not exceeded 42C.  This maintains the nutritional profile and the enzymes do not denature.  Therefore keeping more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in the food. 

​

As a raw plant-based chef you make dishes using natural, whole fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and selected wholegrains.  Processes such as blending, juicing, fermenting and dehydrating are used to get the most out of foods and really make them shine.  


Here at Made with Love and Plants we pride ourselves on being dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free as well as being suitable for vegans.

We have offered various catering events and supper clubs that showcase the amazing versatility of raw plant-based cuisine and thoroughly enjoy wowing and stunning our guests.  Look out for future events!
